Is this a subscription?
No. Basic and Pro are one-time purchases. Pro's 365-day validity is the active license window; there is no automatic recurring charge.
Which versions of 3ds Max are supported?

Common Questions
How do I install AlphaButton?
Download the installer from your purchase email, close 3ds Max, run the installer, then restart 3ds Max. AlphaButton appears as a dockable panel you can launch from the plugin menu.
It says "Select objects first" — what now?
AlphaButton generates drawings from your current selection. Select one or more objects in the viewport and the Generate button activates, showing the object count.
Why am I getting zero-thickness warnings?
Some geometry contains faces with no depth, which can't be dimensioned reliably. Enable "Include Complex Volumetric Part/Elements" under Detail Drawings, or add thickness to the offending objects, and re-generate.
Where are my settings saved?
Use "Save settings" in the Plugin Settings rollout to persist your title block, sheet and output preferences between sessions. "Restore default settings" reverts everything to factory defaults.

1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Yana Hrytsai (Sole Proprietor) ("AlphaButton", "we", "us"), operating from Ukraine. By downloading, installing or using the AlphaButton plugin (the "Software") or this website, you agree to these Terms.
2. License grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for your own commercial or personal projects, according to the tier you purchased:
- Free License — full functionality with watermarked output.
- Basic — up to 100 pages of generated drawings, with no time limit.
- Pro — unlimited generation, valid for 365 days from activation.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to: (a) resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the Software; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code, except where permitted by law; (c) circumvent license limits, watermarking or activation; or (d) use the Software to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
4. Intellectual property
The Software, its code, design and documentation remain the exclusive property of AlphaButton. Drawings and files you generate from your own 3D models belong to you. "Autodesk" and "3ds Max" are trademarks of Autodesk, Inc.; AlphaButton is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Autodesk.
5. Payment, taxes & renewals
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, which handles billing, invoicing and applicable taxes. Basic and Pro are one-time purchases; Pro's 365-day validity is a license window and does not auto-renew unless you choose to repurchase.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that generated drawings are suitable for regulatory, structural or manufacturing certification without independent verification.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaButton shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of AlphaButton from Yana Hrytsai (Sole Proprietor), operating from Ukraine. We stand behind the Software with a 14-day money-back guarantee if the software does not perform as advertised. If, within 14 days of your purchase, AlphaButton fails to deliver the functionality described on this website, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.
2. Eligibility
- Your refund request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- The request must relate to the Software not performing as advertised.
- Please give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue first via Support.
3. How to request a refund
Email office@alphabutton.xyz from the address used at purchase, including your order or invoice number and a short description of the problem. Our Merchant of Record, Paddle, processes the refund back to your original payment method.
4. Processing & timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval. You'll receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined where a request is made after the 14-day window, where there is evidence of license abuse or fraud, or where the issue is unrelated to the advertised functionality. These exceptions do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law. The Free License is provided at no cost and has no associated refund.
